Show you properties they have listed in-house and listings within the MLS (Multiple Listing Services) they participate in.

Will tell the Property Owner everything they find out about you (i.e. financial status, motives, deadlines, etc.) to help the sellers gain better advantages in the negotiations.

Will tell you general information about the seller, because their first duty is to the seller, not you, the buyer.

Will tell you what the selling price is.

If you request, will provide you basic information on other homes in the area, but will not interpret the data for you.

If you request, they will provide you with a list of title companies, inspection companies, and other professionals.

Will present your offer to the seller and respond back with an acknowledgment or a counter offer, and try to get the price for the seller.
